Paula Lamkin Bramwell has developed an International reputation for her love of sewing, quilting and embroidery. Paula started her passion for all aspects of sewing as a young girl growing up in Kentucky and began teaching others the art of embroidery in 1999 while working with Lords Sewing Centre in Lancashire, England. During the 11 years she worked at Lords Sewing, Paula became the manager of the Sewing Department and was instrumental in growing Lords’ into one of Europe’s largest sewing machine dealer as well as England’s number one Sewing Business.
Paula has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Textiles from the Louisville School of Art/University of Louisville in KY. She is also a licensed Jenny Haskins Educator. She has made appearances on TV with Martha Pullen and taught numerous consumers nationally and internationally. Paula has also been a featured speaker for the Sewing Machine Dealers at their National Conventions.
Her expertise, along with a relaxed personality makes her classes fun, informative, to the point and creates a workshop type atmosphere everyone is sure to enjoy whether novice or professional.
