Luxury Blend Batting

This special edition 70/30 blend will give your quilt projects softness and drape.  Our needle-punching technique for this unique blend of 70% cotton and 30% polyester brings smoothness and consistency for superb stitching and embellishment.

Quality quilt batting is a must for a satisfying finish.  Embellish Angel Loft Batting is ideal for wall hangings, bed quilts, quilted garments and home decor.  
For an heirloom/antique style quilting look - do not prewash fabrics or batting before piecing/quilting.  Once the quilt is laundered, slight shrinkage will occur to all textiles and give a "dated" finish.  

Expect slight shrinkage when laundering this natural fiber.

Traditional Quilting:

1. Layer between quilting fabrics.
   
2. Baste or pin all layers together.
   
3. Machine or hand quilt/embellish at least 6" apart. 

In the Hoop Quilting:

1. Place one layer of Embellish Cutaway Soft in the embroidery frame.
   
2. Place one piece of Embellish Angel Soft Batting over the cutaway and baste in to place. 
   
3. Begin piecing process according to design instructions.
